Dr. Greer moved to Fort Smith in 1995, to establish the Center for Better Vision at Cooper Clinic. His areas of interest are refractive surgery (LASIK), cataract surgery and management of diabetes and glaucoma. He has served as president of his state medical association and has received recognition both for his excellence in eye care and for his international missionary eye surgery.
